Continuum Receives COVID-19 Grant

Continuum is excited to announce that we have been awarded a $40,000 grant from the Greater New Haven COVID-19 Community Fund, created specifically to support nonprofits serving the people in our community who are most comprised during the coronavirus crisis. Our deeply heartfelt thanks go to The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven and the United Way of Greater New Haven for supporting our efforts to provide for and protect our 2,000 vulnerable clients and 800 courageous and dedicated staff.

Their generous grant will help us defray some of the tremendous expenses  incurred because of the COVID-19 pandemic for  food, PPE, and telehealth technology. Thank you!
