COMPASS Mobile Crisis

The COMPASS Mobile Crisis Team responds when a situation involves individuals with mental health or substance abuse who are in a state of crisis. It is made up of social workers and peer recovery specialists who immerse themselves into the community to find people in need and connect them to the right care. The COMPASS Team has had significant impact on the individuals they encounter.  Many of them are homeless and have tremendous need. We help them stabilize, get access to basic needs (food, clothing), and also get connected to the treatments and therapies they need to begin to turn their lives around.

Our Program Offers
