2021 Continuum Annual Appeal

Because right now, they are paying the price of their service as they struggle with severe and persistent PTSD, mental illness, and/or substance use. 

Many of them have been homeless, repeatedly hospitalized, and on the brink of losing their battle.

In 2022, Continuum will be tripling the number of veterans we help to rebuild their lives.  Your support will enable us to serve more than 350 veterans annually, helping to guide them through a sustainable recovery – thriving, rather than merely surviving.  For almost a decade, we’ve been helping 120 veterans each year to move forward beyond struggles brought on by the past, to bright new futures. With your help, we can do so much more.
