Veterans Crisis Program


Continuum’s Veterans Crisis Program is a collaborative effort with local clinical providers and the Veterans Hospital that offers crisis stabilization beds (for 10-21 days) alongside outpatient clinical care and day services as a short-term alternative to psychiatric inpatient care. The program provides residents with a comfortable, peaceful home-like environment and assists them with a successful transition to the community while maintaining their clinical and community supports.

  • Linkages to transitional & independent housing
  • Daily psychoeducational & recreational groups & activities
