Continuum’s Recovery Support programs are a testament to the organization’s commitment to caring for the whole person. These programs aim to stabilize the lives and boost the overall wellbeing of individuals with serious mental illness and intellectual disabilities through clinical care, wellness programming, financial and housing assistance, and a variety of resources that help them rebuild their lives.

Continuum Recovery Services

Continuum Recovery Services is a mental health residential treatment program that provides immediate and intensive clinical care for adults in need of a structured environment that fosters a foundation for rebuilding a life in recovery. Read more

Mental Health Waiver Program

The Mental Health Waiver Program, operated by the Department of Mental Health and Addictions Services (DMHAS) and the Department of Social Services (DSS) for Medicaid individuals with serious mental illness who either live in a nursing home, are at risk of going into, or are already residing in a nursing home care facility. Read more 

Continuum Integrated Behavioral Health

Deeply compassionate and uniquely skilled outpatient therapy services for individuals 18 and up and families living with Mental Health challenges such as, Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Substance Abuse, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Dissociative, Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, related Mental Health disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Read more

Continuum Recovery & Employment Support Services (CRESS)

CRESS runs four programs for individuals who have a history of mental illness, addiction or homelessness. In addition to helping individuals find housing and rebuild their lives, these programs train and employ people in recovery so they can help others. Read more

Recovery Transformation Health and Wellness Program

People with serious mental illness die 25 years earlier than the general population due to chronic medical conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity typically caused by lifestyle and medications. Continuum of Care’s Wellness Program teaches holistic, all-natural practices and offers unique interactive workshops to prevent or treat these critical health conditions as well as set people on the path to better physical and mental health overall.
